Fees
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is payable by cheque or credit card on confirmation of a booking. Cheques should be made payable to Science Wizards. The balance is due by the event.
Confirmation
All bookings are made in writing or by email.
Changing Dates and Times
If you require to change the date or time of the party, we will try to accommodate your request, but it cannot be guaranteed.
Termination
If either of us wish to terminate this booking, we must give no less than one month prior notice in writing or by email.
Presenters
All presenters are thoroughly CRB vetted and trained. Children must never be left alone with the presenter. The presenters will assist with the organisation of the party. However, they will not accompany children or assist with food.
Disruption
If at any time the presenter feels that the behaviour of one or more child is likely to cause danger or disruption, the presenter can reasonably request that they be controlled or removed.
