How much does a Science Wizard Party cost?

See the party page for full details. But, its £180 for 60 minutes plus a small mileage charge.

When do I pay?

We ask for a deposit of £80 to secure your booking payable by card or cheque. The balance is then payable on the day by cheque or cash or by Credit Card. We believe that we shouldn’t take your money until we have completed the party.

Do you do parties where we live?

We run parties in London, Brighton, Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire and parts of Kent. Contact us to check.

What if I have to cancel?

We understand that problems may occur. We will hold your deposit, while you arrange a new date. Unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable.

Home or Hall?

That is a personal preference. See below for the space requirements.

Can we have the party outside?

Yes, of course, we always prefer to be outside.

Do you cater for children with special needs

Yes, of course. We are happy to accept children of all abilities to our parties. Let Annette know of any special requirements and we will work with you to make the party a success.

Do you have Criminal Records Bureau checks?

Yes. All our Entertainers have enhanced CRB’s.

Do you provide the party bags?

Yes!
We offer science goody bags containing 5 items and sweets for £4.50.
Plus the children make and take home slime and/or rockets!

Can younger brothers and sisters attend?

Of course! However, we ask that under 5’s are individually supervised by an adult.

How much is the mileage charge?

There is no mileage charge for:-
London, Essex, Surrey, East and West Sussex and Brighton and Hove
For other counties, we charge 35p per mile over 20 miles from one of our centres.
However, we do charge for parking.

Do you take credit cards?

We accept Mastercard and Visa credit or debit cards

Can I reserve a date?

No problem. We are happy to hold an agreed date and time for a week. This will give you time organise things.

Do you offer a guarantee?

If you are not happy with your Party, we will give you a full refund. See our Terms and Conditions for the small print.

What are the space requirements?

Just enough space for children to sit on the floor and for the Entertainer to stand with a small table.

Do you need any special equipment?

No. We require a small side table for our equipment and access to power and water.

Can adults attend?

Yes of course. We don’t charge for adults and hope they join in!

Do you offer party invitations?

Click on this link for our free stationery. If you want us to print them for you, just let us know.

How long is the show?

Our shows last between 60 and 75 minutes. We recommend that shows for 5 – 6 year olds are no longer than 60 minutes.

We are not sure how many children are coming. Does it matter?

No! Make your booking with Annette. She will help you arrange the details closer to the time.
